To qualify for return or exchange, all applied items must remain completely unused, uninstalled, water-free and unmodified, retaining original brand-new conditions without any installation traces, water contact marks or artificial damage. All original factory supporting accessories and packaging materials must be fully intact, including outer cartons, anti-collision corner guards, shockproof foam, protective films, safety seals, product tags, labels and matching installation accessories. Custom personalized fish tanks, custom landscape aquariums and final sale clearance items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to customized attributes and special sales regulations. As fragile glass aquatic products with strict structural safety and secondary sales standards, any fish tanks that have been installed, filled with water, used for breeding, cleaned, artificially damaged, privately modified or improperly placed are ineligible for return and exchange. Products with glass cracks, surface scratches, peeling glue layers, deformed splicing gaps and water contact traces will be rejected for return applications to guarantee consistent product quality and safe use experience for all customers. To initiate a return or exchange request, customers must submit an application through the official website portal with a valid order number and detailed problem description. After our professional team reviews and approves the application, customers will receive an official return authorization number and standardized return shipping guidelines. Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping fees and transportation risks unless the product has factory defects, transit damage, wrong delivery or missing accessories caused by our warehouse errors. We strongly recommend using trackable logistics services and completely restoring original reinforced shockproof packaging during return shipment to prevent secondary glass cracking and structural damage, which will invalidate return qualifications. After we receive, inspect and confirm the returned product fully complies with official return standards, we will process refunds or store credit exchanges within three to five business days. All refunds will be returned through the original payment channel, and the specific arrival time depends on the processing efficiency of the corresponding payment institution. Direct exchanges for different sizes, styles or specifications are not supported; qualified returned products can only be converted into store credits for new purchases.
