All valid orders will be processed for sorting, quality inspection and professional packaging within one to three business days after successful payment confirmation. Warehouse operation will be suspended on weekends and official public holidays due to routine equipment maintenance and staff rest arrangements. As fragile glass products with fixed water storage structures, fish tanks are extremely vulnerable to glass cracking, panel scratching, splicing gap deformation and glue layer damage caused by transportation jolting, extrusion and collision. The fully wrapped fish tank is placed in thickened customized hard cartons, and the gaps inside the box are fully filled with shockproof fillers to fix the product position completely, eliminating internal shaking and collision during long-distance transit. The sealed and reinforced packaging structure effectively resists external extrusion pressure and severe jolting, maximizing the safety of glass aquariums in cross-border logistics. After completing strict quality inspection and standardized reinforced packaging, the system will automatically generate a unique tracking number and send a shipping confirmation notice, enabling customers to check real-time logistics transit status and delivery progress online anytime. Standard domestic shipping takes four to seven business days, while international shipping requires ten to eighteen business days due to cross-border customs clearance, international logistics scheduling and local terminal distribution. All delivery times are estimated reference values, and delays may occur due to extreme weather, customs inspection delays and logistics peak congestion. Our logistics team will actively track abnormal logistics status and provide timely follow-up assistance. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on package weight, volume and delivery region, with qualified orders enjoying regular free shipping benefits.
